A.- Musical Instrument: A musical instrument is a device cretaed or adapted to make musical sounds. In principle, any object that produces sound can be a musical instrument-it is through the purpose that the object becomes a musical instrument.
B- Note: in music, the term note has two meanings:
- a sign used in musical notation to represent the relative duration and pitch of a sound;
- a pitched sound itself.
C.- Choir: - An organized company of singers, especially one performing church music or singing in a church. - a group of instruments of the same kind.
D.- Violin: A string instrument played with a bow, that has four strings.
E.- Tone: a, second between whose tones is a difference in pitch of a step.
Example: My favorite instrument is the violin, one time I was in a cord choir where I used to play the higher notes but keeping the tone.

A) Choir A choir (also known as chorale or chorus) is a musical ensemble of singers. Choral music, in turn, is the music written specifically for such an ensemble to perform.
B)Arpegio: like a harp; i.e., the notes of the chords are to be played quickly one after another (usually ascending) instead of simultaneously. In music for piano, this is sometimes a solution in playing a wide-ranging chord whose notes cannot be played otherwise. Arpeggios are frequently used as an accompaniment. See also broken chord in this list.
C) Battement (Fr.): used in the 17th-century to refer to ornaments consisting of two adjacent notes, such as trills or mordents.
D)Canon or Canto: A theme that is repeated and imitated and built upon by other instruments with a time delay, creating a layered effect; see Pachelbel's Canon.
E) Down tempo: a slow, moody, or decreased tempo or played or done in such a tempo. It also refers to a genre of electronic music based on this (downtempo).
